There is permanent war.
Beings in this plane want to fight as long as they are in the plane.
It is extremely dangerous to be in Droth Po Hey, for obvious reasons.
Beings in this plane keep their rationality.
You can therefore team up and fight others together. When this is impossible, the urge to attack one another steadily keeps growing until someone can no longer fight the urge.
You can decide to try and leave the plane before it gets to the point of fighting people you don't want to.
Beings have been known to start attacking themselves when an enemy couldn't be found for too long.
